Highlights
I have been a Breakthrough T1D Youth Ambassador since 2017 advocating for children with type one diabetes. I was selected as the youth representative for the State of California and have visited Washington, D.C., on an official visit with the US Congress and Senators for research and healthcare policies including attending a Senate Hearing. In addition, I have met with local California State Assemblymembers to advocate for additional support for state bills and presented at my local City Council meetings.
