What is the PWH Program?
The Play With Honor Program is a NO COST unified initiative within Firecracker Softball that sets a higher standard for how we represent ourselves — on and off the field. Teams who join this program commit to upholding the legacy of those who came before them by playing the game with character, integrity, and purpose.
This is more than a logo or a banner — this is about how you carry yourself, how you represent the game, and how you contribute to the Firecracker name.
PWH Core Principles
By joining the PWH Program, your team agrees to uphold the following 7 principles:
1. Commitment
Show up with purpose. Stay consistent through adversity. Your effort is your legacy.
2. Respect
Respect yourself, your team, your opponents, the umpires, and the game. Respect elevates everyone.

Play for those who came before. Acknowledge the gift you've been given by giving your best.

Live your values. Let your actions, not just your words, show who you are — even when no one’s watching.

Seek connection — within your team, your game, and yourself. Unity leads to greatness.

Stay grounded. Balance ambition with gratitude, intensity with recovery, and success with humility.

By becoming a PWH Team, you agree to:
- Educate your players and families on the PWH Principles.
- Implement these values into your team culture and day-to-day interactions.
- Represent the Firecracker brand with excellence, discipline, and unity.
- Hold your players and coaches accountable to the standard of PWH.
