Originally when I was planning my trip, Tokyo was not even an option of a place to stop. But how everything worked out I got to spend two quick days there, and boy was I glad I did. Sometimes the best part of traveling is not planning anything and wandering around the city. While other times it’s booking a trip to Japan’s most famous volcano, Mount Fuji. The views from and off Mount Fuji were perfect. It was as if the clouds parted so you could see this beautiful sight. On the second day I got lost with no map wandering around and it was a lot of fun. I ended up in a local fish market and it was a sight to see that’s for sure. I had never experienced anything like walking down those crowded streets. Needless to say Japan was a well worth stop. Now off to warmer weather in Cairns Australia.
